About the role

As Sales Operations Manager at Mondelez, you will work with supporting processes for the sales team. You lead part of the team of approx. 3-5 employees and will be responsible for driving the projects forward here. This role is suitable for you who take challenges head on, have an analytical flair and enjoy leading the way.

  • Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes
  • Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities
  • Coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team
  • Implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market
  • Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers

We are looking for

  • Experience within customer service, logistics or sales support
  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)
  • Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
  • Language: English, preferably also a Scandinavian language
  • Education: higher education in a relevant field
