Who are we looking for? As our new Partner Growth Specialist, you will become a key person in our team. We are looking for a bridge-builder. In this role, you will take the baton from our sales team and be responsible for the onboarding of our partners and customers to effectively use our solutions.

You will join the Academy & Growth-team, currently consisting of three members, which focuses on partner success through onboarding and knowledge-sharing. Our mission is to equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to successfully adopt our solutions and grow their business with Kiona.

Arbeidsoppgaver

In the role of Partner Growth Specialist, you will work independently while collaborating closely with your team. It will be a varied workday with continuous learning opportunities. We are looking for a colleague who has technical competence, enjoys building relationships, and takes the initiative to share knowledge.

Your main tasks will be:

• Being a technical coach: You ensure a successful onboarding journey and ensure partners gain the knowledge and confidence to work independently with our systems.

Your main focus will be on: Energinet, which is our market-leading Energy Management System (EMS) for energy, waste, and environmental reporting. And Web Port, which is our building integration platform that brings together data, technical equipment, building systems, and third-party applications across an organization’s property portfolio.

Your role is not to take over or solve problems on behalf of the partner. Instead, you guide, train, and empower them to manage these systems themselves from a technical standpoint. Success in this role means the partner can confidently handle tasks independently in the future. This is a coaching role, not a consulting role.

• Joining the first project: You support the partners hands-on during their first project, physically or digitally, to give them confidence and support along the way.
• Transferring tech to value: You teach our partners how to communicate the value of Kiona's solutions. They must understand why we solve their problems, as well as helping partners understand how our solutions integrate into their existing ecosystems and third-party solutions.
• Follow-up: You follow up with partners closely through defined checkpoints, with support gradually decreasing as they demonstrate independence
• Internal collaboration: You will work closely with the local Head of Business and KAM in the market, building active relationships with the central competence team and Academy & Growth to ensure support capacity and consistent quality. An important task will also be contributing to continuous process improvement.

We are looking for someone who

• Is fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Has a solid technical background in building technology or a related field, while also hands-on experience with energy monitoring, BMS/building automation, IoT, or technical system integration is a clear advantage" og "has experience with commissioning and troubleshooting in real buildings.
• Enjoys working internationally. The role involves regular visits to partners, primarily in France. If you are energized and enjoy variety, this will be a natural part of your everyday work.
