About the role
Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support their Collaboration Devices team as a short-term maternity leave cover for six months or further.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design in Oslo, as well as global Sales and Marketing teams. We are looking for a strong product marketer who can quickly understand complex technology, translate it into compelling customer stories, and independently drive product marketing workstreams from brief through delivery.

Work tasks
- Own positioning and messaging for assigned products and capabilities.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, use cases and differentiated product stories.
- Drive product marketing execution for product and feature launches, including messaging, content and sales enablement.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering and Design to understand roadmaps, product innovation and customer needs.
- Develop customer-facing and sales-facing content, including presentations, web content, blogs, videos, demos and launch materials.
- Build product and portfolio stories across meeting rooms, desks, collaboration spaces and workplace experiences.
- Support customer engagements, sales and partner enablement, as well as industry events.
- Manage multiple product marketing projects and cross-functional stakeholders independently from brief through delivery.
We are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, technology marketing or a related role.
- Experience with positioning, messaging, product launches and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technology and translate it into clear, compelling customer value.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
- Ability to ramp quickly, work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Has a valid work visa in Norway.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience marketing enterprise technology or integrated hardware/software products.
- Experience with collaboration, video conferencing, workplace technology or meeting-room solutions.
- Experience supporting global launches, customer engagements or industry events.
