About the role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to assist in the modernization and refactoring of Webex Control Hub, the world leading administration portal for collaboration devices. Control Hub is a central management platform for Webex services, enabling IT administrators worldwide to configure, monitor, and optimize their collaboration environments and device. The project is developed by a dedicated team at Lysaker.

Work tasks

• Refactor and modernize existing codebase in Webex Control Hub
• Update visual components to align with clients design standards and modern web practices
• Work independently while collaborating with the team to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Contribute ideas for improving performance and user experience

We are looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience in modern web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS), including experience refactoring legacy code and updating UI components to create a more intuitive and efficient user experience
• Experience working with a major frontend framework, preferably Angular
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It is preferred that you have

• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications
• A background in UI/UX optimization
• Familiarity with build pipelines and CI/CD workflows
